Sport & Entertainment for Awareness, Development & You (SEADY) is a Toronto-based community engagement initiative that uses sport, arts, and supervised entertainment to build safer, healthier communities. We provide positive, pro-social pathways for kids, youth, adults, and seniors through inclusive programs that support wellness, skill development, and community connection.

Who We Are

SEADY is a community-driven program that creates safe, supportive spaces for people of all ages to grow through sport and entertainment. Our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen communities by promoting healthy lifestyles, building life skills, and offering positive alternatives to risky behaviours.

What We Do

We deliver free and low-cost programs that combine:

  • Creative Arts & Performing Arts

  • Skate & BMX Clinics

  • Wellness & Counselling Support

  • Mentorship & Leadership Training
